Terms and Conditions for Referral Partner Programme
- 1) A Referral Partner has to be 18 years old to participate in the Referral Partner Programme.
- 2) For every successsful student the Referral Partner refers to SuperGeniusIQ, he will be paid a 25% of the referral fees.
- 3) The Referral Partner will be paid the referral fees via cheque payment.
- 4) The Referral Partner has to provide SuperGeniusIQ with details of his bank account and full name to SuperGeniusIQ.
- 5) The Referral Partner should not resort to using any form of unlawful means to promote SuperGeniusIQ.
- 6) Every Referral Partner has to participate in this Referral Programme voluntarily.
- 7) The referral fees will be paid to the Referral Partner only after full payment of the referral fees has been paid to SuperGeniusIQ.
- 8) SuperGeniusIQ is not responsible or liable for resolving any disagreement or conflict that may arise between the Referral Partner and the party(ies) he has referred to SuperGeniusIQ.
- 9) SuperGeniusIQ has the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Referral Partner Programme.
